Client: Institute for Brain and Mind
University of California, San Diego
Using 0.17mm thick glass coverslips, Opto-Line manufactured a unique, randomized pattern in 10um squares, deposited in evaporated gold. The coverslips were diced to a final part size of 0.4mm x 0.6mm.
