Opto-Line was proud to be able to work with a client on their custom Multi-Resolution Mask needs.

This particular project called for a continuous multi-density pattern in which there were no gaps between the various densities.  The client defined the specified areas and required densities (or transmission %).  In order to succeed with such a mask, Opto-Line had to fully process the parts, from start to finish, for each individual density.  Master masks with a total of eight different patterns was required, with precision alignment accuracy at each processing phase.  A two to three weeklong project to make such a density mask, these are extremely laborious, but Opto-Line is proud to offer a custom continuous density mask for our clients.
