Reticles are a common type of pattern we handle, but they are just the beginning. Opto-Line uses a semi-automated photoresist coating system to provide our clients with a high-quality coating. With an extremely quick lead time, we can typically accommodate any photoresist thickness required. Using a class 100 clean room we also provide edge bead removal and a post coating bake.
